Blue Whale (Balaenoptera musculus) max. possible here ~~ 26 meters (~85 feet) in length (this one estimated to be maybe 70') Feeding on Krill off Morro Bay, CA 12 July 2010.  Subsea Tours Dos Osos Blue Whale Watching Photomorrobay Tour 12 July 2010, 9AM - Noon. (This was the 4th of 5 planned trips). 18 Photomorrobay members go out (seven miles west of Morro Rock) in search of Blue Whales (Balaenoptera musculus) and we had one extended sighting.
